What to do if you want to return your online purchase

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. Simply complete this form and within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, public and bank holidays excluded) we will email you a return label, shipment instructions and a link to schedule a pickup by a carrier.

 

Reimbursement of purchase

Once we have received your purchased merchandise returned in its original condition accompanied by the original invoice, original Vakigrad packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to it, we will refund the purchase price. Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original sales order usually within 10 business days of package receipt.
